All tutoring sessions are booked using Microsoft Bookings. Once we’ve agreed on a time, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the session details and a link to join.

For trial lessons, payment is kindly requested at least 72 hours in advance. If you decide to continue after the trial, payment for the rest of the month will be due 48 hours before the next session. This helps ensure everything runs smoothly for both sides.

KS3 Science – 60 minutes – £75 per session
KS4 GCSE & iGCSE Science – 60 minutes – £85 per session
KS5 A Level Biology – 60 minutes – £100 per session

Life happens – I totally get that! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please try to let me know as early as you can. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session can’t be refunded, but I’ll always try to offer a make-up session where possible.

If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will unfortunately be considered missed and no refund can be given.

If I ever need to cancel a session (which is rare), I’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer either an alternative time or a full refund.

I’ll always give you plenty of notice about any holiday breaks or unavailable dates.
I usually continue offering tuition during most school holidays, unless I’ve let you know otherwise.

Please note that I do not run sessions during the last two weeks of December, and may also be unavailable during parts of the summer holidays.

Recommend a Friend – £5 Off!
Know someone who could use a great science tutor? If they book regular weekly sessions for a term or more, you’ll get £5 off your child’s lessons as a thank-you.

Double Up – Save £5 Per Lesson
Need more than one session a week? Book two sessions per week for at least one academic term and enjoy £5 off each lesson.

Every student is different, and I tailor lessons to suit each learner’s needs, goals, and pace. While I can’t promise a specific grade, I’m committed to helping your child build confidence, skills, and academic progress.

To help me support your child in the best way possible, I kindly ask that you:

Let me know about any school exams or assessment dates

Share any relevant information about learning needs or support plans

Keep me in the loop about any changes that might affect learning (e.g. confidence, wellbeing)

Ensure your child is ready for sessions with their camera and microphone on
