When you engage with the site or book lessons via Microsoft Bookings, I may collect and process the following:

1. Contact & Communication Information
This includes your name, email address, phone number, or other details you provide when booking or contacting me. I collect this information so I can:

Confirm and manage your lesson bookings

Stay in touch about your child’s progress

Provide invoices or receipts

Respond to questions or issues promptly

2. Booking & Payment Data
If you purchase a session, I may process limited payment details (e.g. name and billing information). All payments are managed securely through trusted third-party platforms such as Paypal and Stripe (where applicable), and I do not store or access your full card details.

3. Technical Data
Like most websites, I use basic tools to understand how visitors use the site—this includes things like page views, session duration, or how you arrived at the site. This helps me improve the website’s functionality and user experience.

All lesson scheduling is handled through  Microsoft Bookings. When you book a session:

Your name, email address, and chosen time are securely stored by Microsoft

This information is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and running your tuition sessions

You may receive automated reminders or updates about your booking
